Testimonials

"what I learnt from my sessions with Andree is that I do not handle stress very well. I now feel reconnected to myself after a period of separation due to anxiety and depression. I feel I can trust my body again and self regulate myself much better since our sessions together."

What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy?

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy has its origins in Osteopathy. It has evolved into a gentle non-invasive hands-on therapy; which involves a light touch to various parts of the body. Any touch is always negotiated with permission from the client first.

What happens during a treatment?

Treatments are given whilst you lie fully clothed on a treatment bench in a safe, clinic environment. A full case study is taken.

What are the benefits of a treatment?

Treatments encourage and enhance an individual's own self-healing and a greater connection to their inherent health. Regular treatments emphasise core body awareness; as a result, people gain a greater connection between mind, body and spirit. It is a whole body therapy.

Who does it help?

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy can help anyone, of any age. It is proven to be very effective with babies. Andree specialises in working with Women of all ages. This may be in regard to their general health and well being, or in specific issues with their fertility, menstrual cycles, pre or post pregnancy, or Menopause.

Does it work?

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a complementary therapy which works well alongside other therapies, particularly Homeopathy. Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is not intended to replace conventional medicine.
